The University of Mines and Technology (UMaT) in Sekondi-Takoradi, Ghana, is a leading institution in mining, engineering, and technology education in West Africa. The Sustainable Research and Innovation Department (SRID) at UMaT is at the forefront of sustainability research and innovation.
