Submission Guidelines

Paper Templates

Authors must use the official IEEE conference template. Templates are available in Microsoft Word and LaTeX formats.

Manuscript Formatting

Margins and fonts should follow IEEE standard as indicated in the template.

Length

Papers should be between 6 and 10 pages in length, including figures, tables, and references.

Submission of the Final (Camera-Ready) Version

After acceptance, authors must submit a camera-ready version using the IEEE template, which has been fully revised in accordance with the reviewers' comments.

Authors must register for the conference.

IEEE PDF eXpress & PDF Compliance

Authors must use IEEE PDF eXpress to verify that their PDF is IEEE Xplore-compatible.

Use the correct Conference ID (#69485)

After conversion/checking, download the approved/generated PDF and submit it to the conference organisers.

Copyright / Electronic Forms

Authors must complete and submit the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) prior to publication.

Presentation Requirement and No-Show Policy

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper.

If the paper is not presented by the author(s), it may be excluded from the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore.

Review and Revision

Following acceptance, authors may be asked to address reviewers' comments. The final version should incorporate these changes.

Check for typographical errors, layout issues, and ensure consistency (fonts, figure formatting, references).
